Looking for a valuable and energizing presentation?  Cultured Cook talks can be tailored to suit your audiences!  Possible topics include understanding basic nutrition and how our health is impacted by our modern food system, discovering the joy of food, and exploring new gastronomic horizons by using ethnic flavors and specialty cuisines (macrobiotic, raw food, vegetarian, etc.).  Other talks involve the nitty-gritty of reading labels, how to find healthy snacks, how to make wiser restaurant choices, and what it means to be a qualitarian.
