In everyone’s mad scramble for those precious anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats, we’re all missing the boat. Somewhat literally when you consider that the best source of omega-3s is often reached by boat. I’m talking about seaweed. The reason wild salmon are high in omega-3s is that they eat the krill that in turn eats the even-higher-in-omega-3s seaweed…so why not just go for the source and eat seaweed? Especially when you have a cookbook that offers plenty of inspiring and innovative recipes along with a plethora of information about the various types of seaweed. It’s a whole new (and sustainable) world! And a damned tasty one, too.
