The only thing better than shopping at a farmer’s market is knowing what to do with your produce when you get home! Join local chef and recipe developer Lisa Howard to unleash your culinary creativity and see what you can do with the greens, turnips, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, and everything else our abundant local farms have to offer. From snacks to main dishes, we’ll discover quick and budget-smart ways to make the most of fresh produce, legumes, and whole grains. We’ll also include local eggs and cheese to round out the menu. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to love eating local!
