Breakfast is the most important meal of our day, yet it’s the one we often skip out or skimp on–we don’t have time, we’re out of ideas, or we simply turn to what’s easiest (and usually not healthiest). But don’t worry! In this class, we’ll cover a variety of breakfasts, from do-it-ahead recipes like Whole-Grain Trail Mix Muffins to on-the-spot DIY Cereal, Whole-Grain Smoothies, Chocolate Breakfast Parfaits and Scrambled Eggs with Leftovers. And have you ever seen how easy it is to poach and hard-boil eggs? Waking up with a smile is a snap!
