During this class, we learned that being short on time doesn’t mean you have to be short on flavor. In less than 20 minutes, we made dishes like Spanish Pork with Redskins, Thai Coconut Shrimp with Brown Rice Pasta, Pan-Fried Trout with Black Bean Salsa & Quick Corn Sautée, and Vegetarian Quinoa, Pea & Mango Curry.
