Thanks to all who attended!
During this class, we enjoyed a variety of quick, no-cook dinners. From Zucchini Caprese with Jicama to Mexican Black Bean & Corn Toss, we discovered that there are plenty of ways to make dinner and beat the heat at the same time. The Caesar & Beyond Salad gave us a chance to customize dinners to our taste bud’s delight and see how to make a variety of your own dressings, and we found out that meals like the Dinner of Dips (guacamole, hummus & tapenade) not only offer easy and nutritious choices, they make great last-minute party dishes, too!
