I LOVE peanut butter. (Specifically, 100% organic Valencia crunchy salted from Trader Joe’s.) I could probably eat an entire jar at one sitting, but I hold myself back. With effort. So imagine my delight when I stumbled across a cookbook of international recipes that ALL feature peanut butter! Mashed sweet potatoes with peanut butter. West African peanut stew. Indonesian gado-gado. Peanut butter cranberry muffins. (Made them last night and had them for breakfast this morning. Yum!) Not only has Robin done a magnificent job of presenting PB fans with an array of intriguing and tasty recipes, she’s even thrown in some fun PB facts and figures. Perhaps this cookbook should have been called Peanut Butter Heaven!
