If you like the IKEAesque, stripped-down, minimal-setting-and-minimal-price approach, you’ll love Randazzo’s. He makes the most of his space by offering a wide variety of hard-to-find produce alongside the more-traditional apples and pears. I’d have the say that the Indian bitter melon is one of the stars of the show: don’t necessarily like the flavor, but wow, what an appearance! It’s well worth a trip to the east (Roseville), west (Westland), or south side (Detroit, Dearborn).
