		<description>I can attest to the wonder of Lychee.   My wife is Chinese, so it all started with the &quot;jello-like&quot; version.  In a little plastic cup the size of half an egg shell.  Peel off the wrapper and don&#039;t get the drippings on your clothes.  The fresh fruit version I had much latter.  Chinatown in Toronto.  Like a bag of grapes, but more work.  Fun work though.</description>
